Heather and her staff are very friendly & knowledgeable, so visit their well stocked Farm Shop in Lamancha. They are about to open a new shop and restaurant on the 4th of December this year. Humphrey Errington makes the Dunsyre Blue Cheese for our Gold Award winning Products. Humphrey makes the best Blue and White Cheese in Scotland and also a very good Scotch Blaand called Fallachan, which is Gaelic for 'Hidden Treasure'. This is an old Scottish alcoholic drink that Humphrey has resurrected from an old recipe book. It is made from Sheep's milk whey then fermented in Oak Barrels for 2 years. I would highly recommend drinking chilled with either Dunsyre or Lanark Blue, but I'll warn you, you'll end up reekin!!
