Our First Gold Award from the Great Taste Awards was for our Crunchy Carrot & Red Onion with Dunsyre Pie which was originally designed for one of our vegetarian customers at the Farmer's Market on Castle Terrace in Edinburgh. It is now one of our most popular products appealing to the Carnivorous and Vegetarian alike. The incredible flavours that you experience from this pie is down to the great combination of Humphrey Errington's Dunsyre Blue Cheese, Dill and Crunchy Veg finished in a rich creamy sauce. Many customers who are not fond of Blue Cheese have been converted to this pie on the first taste. Enjoy!
